When will I be sent my information pack?

Information packs will be sent out a week before the event and will be sent to the email you provide when you sign up. If you don’t receive your information pack by the 19th November then please email and we will send one over to you.

I’ve never used Rouvy before, how do I get started?

It’s easy to get started! Simply sign up to Rouvy here and follow the instructions on-screen to make your account. Alternatively, follow our ‘how-to-guide’ (downloadable on the sign-up page) which includes information on how to sign up and connect your compatible devices to the Rouvy app.

Is my device compatible with Rouvy?

Rouvy has an extensive list of compatible equipment. You can search for your trainer model here, or use this link to browse through the extensive list of compatible equipment.

Why is my smart trainer not showing up on the Rouvy app?

There are few things you can do if your sensors or smart trainers are not showing up on the rouvy app. These include:

  1. Check the batteries! The batteries in your sensor may not be working and might be the reason you are unable to connect it to your app.
  2. Check your firmware – make sure your firmware is up to date.
  3. Disconnect the sensors from other apps – it is important to check that your sensors are not connected to anything else as this can interfere with connectivity.
  4. Turn on your sensors– Most equipment needs to be activated before use. This can be done by doing a few rounds with a pedal or checking your diodes are blinking. If you are trying to connect a heart rate monitor, it is sometimes recommended to wet the sensor pads.
  5. Check connectivity – Some sensors are only able to communicate via Ant+ so if this is the case then make sure you have your Ant+ stick in your laptop/ Pc/ iPad/ Iphone or Android.

Some sensors (Apple watch, Garmin Watch, Fitbit) are unable to connect to anything other than the app they are designed for and will be unable to connect to Rouvy.

What if I have problems connecting my device to Rouvy?

There are many help pages on the Rouvy website that guide you through how to connect your device(s) to the Rouvy app. The following links will take you to the relevant pages for:

Enjoy a well-earned rest! We will notify everyone if they have been successful in making it to the live finals, or not, so keep an eye on your emails in the days after the event. To stay up-to-date with all the results, follow our social media accounts as we will be uploading the leaderboards over there as soon as they are released.

How are my results uploaded?

Once you complete the race, Rouvy will automatically upload your time which we will then formulate into a leaderboard. Then, we will be posting a leaderboard of the top 30 male and top 30 female riders on our social media accounts for both qualifiers so be sure to give us a follow!

How much time do I have to complete this virtual event?

We will be hosting two qualifying sessions: 21st November at 10:00am or 14:00pm. You will need to be ready and signed into the event at least 15 minutes before to make sure you are ready to go.

How old do I have to be to take part in the event?

Anyone can take part in the event, however if you are under the age of 16 then you MUST have consent from a parent or guardian before taking part. In the event where a participant does not declare this, they will be disqualified.

I live outside of the UK, can I still take part in the event?

Absolutely! As the qualifiers of the event are virtual you can take part from anywhere in the world. However, please remember that they are being held at 10:00am and 14:00pm GMT.

What should I do if I want to withdraw from the event?

If you can no longer take part in the event, then please send us an email at You will not be required to give a reason, just let us know that you no longer want to take part and we will sort the rest out for you.
